My question is about the status of Hazrat Ayesha in our eyes. God has revealed a complete surah in her respect. The Qur’an also requires of them to stay in their homes. Apparently her offensive against Hazrat Ali is a violation of the express Qur’anic command. If it was not wrong than why did she resign and withdraw herself from public politics? I also want to know she got killed?
In Islam, what does it mean if one is thinking/speaking of something and then it occurs or they hear about it straight after e.g. thinking about a place and someone else brings it up, or thinking/speaking about someone and then you see them?
People frequently accuse Muslims of coercing people to Islam by asking them to choose from a) a tax (jizya) b) accepting Islam or c) war. What is the reality of this statement?
All of us try to make our children "Good Muslims". Similarly a Christian tries to make his children "Good Christians", an Atheist tries to make his children "Good Athiests". These efforts make a child biased or at least strongly inclined towards a particular religion. When he grows up, he has a strong set of beliefs and practices and he considers all other religions "wrong". He also has strong relations within his family and friends. All…
In this day and time how can a Muslim woman practice Islam as she could do during the days of the Prophet (sws)?
How can one purify oneself according to Islam?
Javed Aḥmad Ghamidi one’s said, during our chat, that Ibrahim (sws) was told by God not to pray for your father as he is a rejecter. But it appears that in Sūrah Ibrahim verse 41, the Prophet Ibrahim, again asks God to forgive his parents. To me the time period of latter is later than the first. Can you explain this please? Also kindly give me the reference of the sūrah where God stops Ibrahim…
Why do we not just face hardships instead of asking for fatwas, leniencies? Why should we ask for exceptions? Would working on fatwas/lenience not take away the determination to face the issues? I believe in the end Allah (as he knows our efforts) will reward us justly. So for every problem we face we will have a reward. Then why give and get fatwas? In effect getting the fatwa implies that the deen was hard…
I was explaining Islam to a non-Muslim friend. He came up with a couple of questions that actually confused me as well. I have been told since I was a kid that Islam is one true religion and everything else is a lie. How can I be sure that it is not a man-made religion and it really is the truth? I have gone through the embryology example. Anything else that could prove the divine…

Is there one true form of Islam? Who is the human leader of Islam on the earth?
assalām-o-alaykum
Who Speaks for Islam in this Era? Islam addresses the whole world and we today do not know the political aspect of Islam. The scholars who speak about the political aspect on Islam make me feel so much aggrieved. They always or mostly in one way or other teach us to become rebellious or to revolt against our corrupt leaders without mentioning the criteria as how to judge them to be corrupt. I always have…
If Islam is the truest religion of God then why all the people in the world are not Muslims?
